About HSG and GWL Realty Advisors' Role in Managing Allstate Corporate Centre's Fitness Facility

GWL Realty Advisors Inc. has contracted out the management of Allstate Fitness Centre to Health Systems Group (HSG), one of Canada's leading corporate fitness management companies. A HSG certified, experienced fitness professional will be on site.

The Fitness Centre Supervisor is certified in fitness appraisal, personal training and group fitness class instruction. The supervisor can:

               · Help you set realistic goals, including nutrition, exercise, weight loss
               · Design a program that will help you achieve those goals
               · Demonstrate the proper use of exercise equipment
               · Provide ongoing feedback and follow-up

In collaboration with GWL Realty Advisors Inc., HSG will be responsible for every aspect of operating the Fitness Centre including:

               · Professional staffing
               · The delivery of a full complement of fitness programs
               · The organization of wellness programs
               · Facility and equipment maintenance
               · The organization of special events, challenges and campaigns
               · Ensuring the ongoing safety of Fitness Centre members
               · Membership and program administration
