Located at 19 Allstate Parkway, ground floor, the Oakland Fitness Centre is exclusively for tenant employees of Allstate Corporate Centre. The centre includes the latest in fitness equipment and aerobics instruction.

GWL Realty Advisors has contracted Health Systems Group (HSG), one of Canada's leading corporate fitness management company to manage the fitness centre. Including an on site certified, experienced fitness professional.

The fitness centre professional is certified in fitness appraisal, personal training and group fitness class instruction and can:

             · Help you set realistic goals, including nutrition, exercise, weight loss,
             · Design a program that will help you achieve those goals,
             · Demonstrate the proper use of exercise equipment,
             · Provide ongoing feedback and follow-up.
